Wholesale Policies
Wholesale is offered for Brick & Mortar shops located in the United States. Please do not sell our products in an online marketplace.
A valid business license is required to purchase wholesale. I will need to have it on file for tax purposes.

Order & Product Requirements
Order Minimum $100
Please order products in quantities of 10.
Some exceptions may be made. Prior approval is required. Please email at info@wanderingpinescottage.com if you have questions about quantity requirements.
Processing Times:Wholesale orders typically take between 2-3 weeks.
Soap Orders may take at least 6 weeks if the soap hasn't been made.
Payment:
All orders must be paid at time of check out.

Order Cancellations:
If you decide you no longer want an order, please contact me within 2 days of placing your order for a full refund and cancellation. After this time, the order is in the line and I'm making it. If the 2 days has passed, and the order has not shipped, we will cancel with a 5% restocking fee applied. If the order has been shipped, and is no longer wanted, please return the package exactly as it has been shipped. A 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping can not be refunded. Custom items cannot be refunded.

Items damaged in Shipping:
While this is a rare occurrence, it can happen. Contact me with the damage count and I can refund/replace/credit as you prefer. Please send pictures of damage.
